RATES AND AVAILABILITY
At Karoline Inc., we keep out billing simple and transparent while tailoring our services to meet your specific needs. We off both hourly and project-based/file-based pricing, always billed in 15-minute increments, plus any out of pocket disbursements. Flexible pay structes can also be arranged during our "Let's Connect" meeting.
HOURLY RATES
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION - Starting at $65.00/hour, depending on the scope and level of support required.
WITHIN THE LEGAL SETTING - Starting at $85.00/hour, reflecting the specialized expertise and experience involved.
PROJECT - BASED RATED)
For tasks or entire files that are better suited to a flat free, we offer project-based pricing. Rates are determined by the scope of work, frequency, and level of experience required.
PAYMENT FREQUENCY
We understand that every practice operated differently. Payment schedules can be customized to suit you needs and will be confirmed during our consultation.
AVAILABILITY
Our services are designed to be completely virtual for maximum convenience. However, if you require in-person support at your office within the Greater Toronto Area, this can be arranged. In-person work is billed at a higher houly rate to reflect the added time and travel, along with applicable mileage and/or parking expenses.
